i just visited my folks in AZ and everyone is hosting texas hold'em tournaments at their house.
two of my roomates just learned how to play too.
we don't have chips and we don't normally play cards, but this game is super fun.
where's the party?

but we also just get a buch of other friends there... too.. Like tonight Some friends are gonna Join our weekly game...

I live in Chico, CA but travel regularly on the weekend to SF for the clubs, so if anyone is hosting a home game and doesn't mind an out of towner like me, let me know! Home games are so fun and a great way to meet new people. We host a fairly regular/serious cash game up here, usually play "live" no limit texas hold'em, minimum buy in is 40.00, but when it gets crazy, there could be upwards of 1,500.00 in the bank. Tournies are way fun too...All in! -
